These folks have provided me service above the norm. I'm in Iraq and they have been understanding of this and have been very helpful. I throw my stamp of approval on their service 100%.

Yes the Xbox is really fun. Yes the games provide hours of enjoyment. I would give the Xbox 5 stars - if it wasn't for the total crap they manufacture.

If you buy an Xbox, you WILL have to send it back for service. Everyone I know who has purchased one has had to get it repaired. Including me - twice. And neither time is the dreaded "Red Ring of Death," which occurs in over 33% of Xboxs. The Xbox has problems with freezing, not loading, overheating (despite being in well venilated areas), and not even powering on. Great job Microsoft.

I bought my Xbox in August. Now in January I am returning it for the SECOND time. Meanwhile my 8 year old Playstation 2 still works just fine, and will get me through the month it takes for Xbox to "fix" their cheaply made console.

This product is amazing but everyone but drfrankq didnt even send me mine so make sure you buy from drfrankq he was the best possible seller.

The game arrived on Christmas eve perfect! I was expecting some different games, but every thing was wonderful made my son's Christmas. I would definatly reccomend this to others.

If you're looking for an old version of the arcade 360 stay away from this, the pictures are wrong and dont belong to the actual product, and there is no warning about this that i know, so DONT BUY FROM SERAFIAN VIDEO if looking for the old version.
