Catch Phrase! is the frenzied game of fast talking and fast passing. Get the word or phrase, and rattle off as many clues as you can until your team guesses it. Then pass the disk before it buzzes or the other team gets the point. Get verbal, get physical, just don't get caught with the buzzing disk! Includes disk player, game board, word/phrase disks, electronic randomized timer, 2 tokens and storage tray. For 4 or more players, ages 18 and up. Requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). This game is SO fun. We have played it will all adults and with teens and adults mixed and it's just a blast. The only "downside" is that my throat always hurts the next morning from yelling and laughing!! ;-)

If you like quiet, gentle games... this is not the game for you!

I really love catch phrase but this is extremely limited in comparison to iShout for the iPod and iPhone. Either way you will enjoy this game but you have alot more playability out of the iPod version.

Catch Phrase is a great game for 4 or more people. Lots of fun and funny interaction. Highly recommend as a change from board games.

The game box was not in new condition, but the game itself was in new, sealed bags. A little packaging tape will keep the box in solid condition for many years.

Vendor's delivery was better than expected.

This product is a must-have for family gatherings, or casual parties. I prefer the electronic version, because it keeps track of the scores for both teams, is simple to use, and has a back-lit display for dim light settings.
The game is a simple game of 'buzzwords' meets 'hot potato', and it sounds lame, but it is an amazing amount of fun. Everyone who has every played it has really enjoyed themselves, provided they can read the display.
You need 2 teams, so a minimum of 4 players, but there really is no maximum. The game is over after 1 team gets 7 points, and the electronic version plays a simple fanfare when the game is over. Each turn is about 60 seconds, so the games are quick (maybe 10-15min per game).
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a fantastic and understandable party game.
